BBDC is a non-profit organization that oversees moneys that are donated to
the box Butte County Foundation for such causes as the
Hemingford Swimming Pool, the
High Plains Veterans
Cemetery, Fountain Restoration and the Heritage Days Cattle Capital Rodeo.
Annually, BBDC pays $300 to be a member of the
Nebraska Community Foundation which
ultimately holds the funds for each of these groups. BBDC offers it as a free
service to organizations that are in the process of raising funds for various
