The Western Entrepreneur's Support Team (WEST) is a business development
organization that works to build and support small, self-employed and home-based
businesses in Alliance and Box Butte County. They meet the third Tuesday of each
month at the Alliance Library/Learning Center at 7 p.m.
Small local businesses are at the core of economic activity in rural
communities and support of these businesses is the primary purpose of the WEST/REAP
team.
